Autumn leaves fall
red ~ yellow and orange
against the cerulean blue sky
oranges and lemons are ripe
glowing ~ ready to fall ~ as the leaves do.
Autumn in Southern California
so fair.
Leaves bright and fruit falling
the holly berries bright red against green leaves.
Oh! That life should always be this fair!
