Cookie Cutter Antithesis

Ebony walls crowned by a violet roof.
Part of a paradigm for existing
the antithesis of cookie cutter land.

Sublimely simple in design
but the brightness exalts.
Knowing that there is a lifestyle
not under the aegis of cookie cutter land.

Originality and uniqueness abound
in this creative corner.
Stamped out ~ not from the same mold
but in its own one of a kind design.

A combination world of old and new
the architecture of the old
bringing to mind the ornateness of art deco
brought into existence by a creative minded people.

Yet the architecture of the new
is bold and bright ~ in a positive way
art nouveau at its finest
a symbol of a bold and optimistic people.
