Pearl Grey Christmas

The pearlescent gray mist of morn
are gradually replaced under the sun.
By the gray and dark blue skies
swirling in the heavens.

The colors of fall stand out so clearly
against the changing sky.
That one would think one is in heaven
on this silently beautiful day.
